Merrick Garland’s DOJ Pep Rally Proves Trump Won the Debate
The Department of Justice (DOJ) is often seen as a symbol of justice and fairness in our country. It is meant to be a non-partisan entity that upholds the law and protects the rights of all Americans. However, recent events have shown that the DOJ, under the leadership of Attorney General Merrick Garland, has become a political tool for the left.
On Tuesday, Garland held a pep rally at the DOJ, which was attended by DOJ employees and members of the media. This event was meant to be a celebration of the DOJ’s work and a way to boost morale within the department. However, it quickly turned into a partisan spectacle, with Garland using the platform to attack former President Donald Trump and his supporters.
In his speech, Garland accused Trump of using the DOJ to further his own political agenda and of undermining the rule of law. He also took aim at Trump’s supporters, calling them a threat to democracy and claiming that they were responsible for the January 6th Capitol riot.
But what Garland failed to mention is that it was the DOJ, under his leadership, that dropped charges against violent protesters who were arrested during the summer of 2020. These individuals were responsible for the destruction of property and the assault of innocent civilians, yet Garland chose to let them off the hook.
Furthermore, Garland’s claim that Trump used the DOJ for his own political gain is baseless. The DOJ’s investigations into Trump’s alleged ties to Russia during the 2016 election turned up no evidence of collusion. And the highly controversial Mueller investigation, which was led by then-Special Counsel Robert Mueller, was ultimately a waste of time and taxpayer money.
But perhaps the most egregious part of Garland’s speech was his attack on Trump’s supporters. By painting them as a threat to democracy, Garland is essentially demonizing millions of Americans who simply have a different political viewpoint. This kind of rhetoric only serves to further divide our country and undermine the very democracy he claims to be protecting.
What is truly ironic about this whole situation is that it was Trump who consistently spoke out against the politicization of the DOJ. He repeatedly called for investigations into the FBI’s handling of the Hillary Clinton email scandal and the origins of the Russia investigation. And now, under Garland’s leadership, we are seeing exactly what Trump warned us about.
Garland’s DOJ pep rally was nothing more than a political stunt meant to rally the left and demonize the right. It was a clear attempt to shift the focus away from the failures of the Biden administration and onto Trump and his supporters. But what Garland failed to realize is that his actions only prove that Trump was right all along.
Trump’s presidency was marked by constant attacks from the media and the left. He was accused of being a dictator and a threat to democracy. Yet, it is now clear that it is the left who is using their power to silence opposing viewpoints and manipulate the justice system for their own gain.
But the American people are not blind. They can see through the lies and the hypocrisy. And they will not stand for it. Trump may have lost the 2020 election, but his message and his policies still resonate with millions of Americans. And the more the left tries to silence and vilify them, the stronger their voices will become.
In the end, Garland’s DOJ pep rally only proved one thing – that Trump won the debate. He was right about the politicization of the DOJ and the threat of the left to our democracy. And as long as individuals like Garland continue to use their positions of power to push a partisan agenda, the American people will continue to fight for the truth and for justice.
