Hong Ru MFin ’10, PhD ’15 returns to MIT Sloan to teach the next generation of master of finance students
MIT Sloan School of Management is proud to announce the return of Hong Ru MFin ’10, PhD ’15 to the faculty. After a successful career in the financial industry, Ru is now returning to MIT Sloan to teach the next generation of master of finance students.
Ru graduated from MIT Sloan with a Master of Finance degree in 2010 and a PhD in 2015. During her time at MIT Sloan, she was an active member of the student body, participating in various clubs and organizations. After graduating, she went on to work in the financial industry, where she quickly rose through the ranks and became a senior executive.
Ru’s experience in the financial industry has been invaluable and she is now bringing that knowledge and expertise back to the MIT Sloan community. She will be teaching a variety of courses, including financial modeling, corporate finance, and investments. She will also be mentoring students and providing guidance on career paths.
Ru is passionate about teaching and helping students to reach their full potential. She believes that the best way to do this is to provide students with the tools and resources they need to succeed. She is excited to be back at MIT Sloan and is looking forward to working with the next generation of master of finance students.
